Where We Work

We work in a 20-county area surrounding Cincinnati. To be eligible for grant funds, organizations must work in at least one of these counties:

• Ohio: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland or Warren County
• Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton or Pendleton County
• Indiana: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley or Switzerland County

Priority Populations 

For people in our region to have a just opportunity to live their healthiest lives, we must focus on improving the lives of those who experience the greatest injustices in health outcomes.  To achieve this, our efforts will prioritize the following populations:  

• Black communities  
• Hispanic communities  
• Children and families with low incomes 
• Rural communities
