Attend public meetings and engage on an issue that motivates you.
Help support proven policies to build healthier neighborhoods, like CityHealth.
Commit to explaining the difference between health equity and health justice to people in your life.

Help bring mental health out of the shadows

Start a conversation with family and friends about mental health.
Tell others about the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or take a free suicide prevention training.
Read the U.S Surgeon General’s Advisory on Protecting Youth Mental Health.

Foster meaning, joy and connection

Cultivate meaningful conversations across differences.
Participate in or offer DEI training, such as Groundwater training from Greater Cincinnati Foundation and Implicit Bias training from the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
