The Child Well-Being Survey is conducted by Interact for Health in partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, with additional support from United Way of Greater Cincinnati. The survey asks parents and caregivers of children younger than 18 about the health of their child.
It is conducted by the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Cincinnati.

These results are free to download and print, provided they are not used for a commercial purpose, that you do not collect any fees for the reproductions, and that they are faithfully reproduced without addition, alteration or abbreviation.
